General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Regulated Items & FFL Transfers
• Firearms and regulated items can only be returned while still in the receiving FFL’s possession.
• If you wish to return a regulated item, contact us before completing the transfer.
• A restocking fee of 15% or $50 (whichever is greater) and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
🔹 Important:
Be sure to inspect your firearm for defects or blemishes before completing the transfer at your FFL.
• If you complete the transfer, the item is non-returnable.
• If you notice any defects or blemishes before accepting the firearm, contact us at FFL@madwolfus.com with photos of the item.
• We will review the issue and offer the best possible solution: replacement (if available), refund or store credit.
• In some cases, we may offer a discount on the item depending on the severity of the blemish.
If no defects are visible at the time of pickup but are later discovered during assembly, we will facilitate an exchange with the manufacturer.
Cancellations with full refunds for NFA items are only possible before the transfer process has begun.
NFA Order Processing & Cancellation Fees
• Order Received – Form 3 Not Yet Submitted → Full Refund
• Form 3 Submitted – Not Yet Approved by ATF → 15% Processing Fee
• Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item Not Shipped → 30% Processing Fee
• Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item Shipped → No Refund
• Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned Without Action → 35% Processing Fee + Return Shipping Costs
🔹 Important Note: If the NFA item has shipped, a refund may not be possible. We must successfully recover the item in new condition from your dealer before issuing any refund.
Non-Refundable Services & Items
• Custom Cerakote and Gunsmithing Services are non-refundable.
• Ammunition and reloading supplies (primers, bullets, cases, powder) cannot be returned.
• Gift cards and “Blem” or Open-Box items are non-returnable.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds typically take 4-6 business days after we receive the returned item.
• If eligible, the refund will be applied to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).
• Purchases made with Bitcoin will be refunded as a store credit gift card.
Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
3. Still having issues? Contact us at FFL@madwolfus.com.
• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
How to Initiate a Return
• Email FFL@madwolfus.com with your return request.
• Include details about the return and any supporting photos if applicable.
• We will provide further instructions based on your request.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us using the shipping label we will provide.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
